EST: Constance Brock created le Cocktail Français in November 1993, opening with a champagne party. The Bubbly was donated by Moët et Chandon in celebration of its 250th anniversary.

In 2007-2008, Le Cocktail Français will begin offering Free French Lessons.

Awards:


For creating le Cocktail Français, Constance Brock was honored by the French Government and inducted as a Chevalier dans l'Ordre des Palmes Académiques. The ceremony took place at the NAC with Education Attaché Charles Barrier presenting the medal (and kisses!)
